Who Can Enter
To be eligible, nominees must:

Be actively working in the real estate industry as of October 2025 (in sales, property management, marketing, leadership, administration, or technology roles)

Have made a notable contribution to innovation, leadership, or industry advancement

Demonstrate original thinking, measurable impact, and influence within their market or organisation
You can nominate yourself, a colleague, or an industry peer who represents the spirit of progress and transformation in real estate.
Winners from each category will go on to represent their country at RET Global Awards, competing on an international stage against industry leaders from across the Real Estate Today network worldwide.
What We’re Looking For
Our AI judging panel will recognise professionals who embody progress, purpose, and genuine impact within New Zealand’s real estate industry.
Each nomination will be evaluated across the following key areas:
Innovation – Introducing fresh ideas, technology, or creative practices that redefine how real estate is done and move the industry forward.
Impact – Demonstrating measurable outcomes — whether commercial success, cultural change, or community influence — that make a tangible difference.
Leadership – Inspiring others through action, initiative, and example; setting new standards for professionalism and performance.
Integrity & Authenticity – Achieving excellence without compromising values, and leading with honesty, transparency, and respect.
Industry Contribution – Giving back through mentorship, collaboration, or thought leadership that strengthens the collective future of the industry.
