About Nic Fren.

Building Brands. Shaping Markets. Setting New Standards.

Nic Fren is a highly sought-after coach, international keynote speaker, and the founder of Bespoke Media Group, the Real Estate Today Group, and Real Estate Pulse — three of the fastest-growing brands in real estate marketing, real estate media, and digital communications across Australasia.

Recognised as one of the most influential voices in real estate, Nic Fren is regularly engaged to coach industry leaders and speak at real estate conferences, leadership summits, and corporate events across Australia, New Zealand, and India.

His keynotes focus on building brands from the ground up, harnessing social media marketing for real estate sales, and challenging the status quo — empowering professionals to think differently, act decisively, and lead their markets with authority.

With a career spanning more than two decades across branding, marketing, sales, and media innovation, Fren has developed a proven blueprint for sustainable growth — building platforms, brands, and strategies that have redefined success in real estate marketing and real estate media innovation.

A foundation built on innovation: Real Estate Career

Before founding Bespoke Media Group, Nic Fren forged a successful career in the music industry, achieving a top-three position on the ABC Indie Charts and earning a nomination for Best Pop Song of the Year at the ABC Music Awards in 2003.

Transitioning into real estate in 2005, Fren quickly rose to prominence.

In 2015, he made industry history as the first and second real estate agent in Australia to successfully list and sell properties entirely through Facebook — pioneering the use of social media marketing in real estate long before it became industry standard.

His success, widely covered by the media, initially met scepticism from the sector, with broader market adoption taking several years to catch up to the power of digital marketing in property sales.

Unlike many, Fren immediately replicated his own success weeks later, reinforcing his leadership in digital real estate innovation and setting new benchmarks for how properties could be marketed online.

Nic Fren’s early achievements earned multiple accolades, including:

  • Digital presence finalist honours at the REB Awards (2017)

  • Named Australia's Top Real Estate Marketer on Instagram by the Social Media Marketing Institute of Australia (2019)

His career foundation built deep real-world expertise, credibility, and a sharp instinct for real estate brand building and marketing innovation.

In 2024, it was Nic Fren’s sole advocacy that led to the inclusion of mobility-friendly search filters across Realestate.com.au — a national breakthrough for accessible real estate marketing.

Fren campaigned vocally at local, state, and federal levels to ensure individuals with mobility needs could search for accessible properties based on real-time online criteria, without the embarrassment of inaccessible inspections.

Scaling Success: Bespoke Media Group

Established in 2018 by Nic Fren, Bespoke Media Group quickly grew into the engine room for real estate agents, real estate offices, and networks seeking marketing strategies that drive visibility, lead generation, and sustainable brand growth.

Real Estate Pulse focuses on showcasing trusted real estate agents, demystifying property trends, and providing independent property insights.

It reflects Fren’s broader ability to identify market gaps and build real estate media brands that connect audiences with genuine value and trusted expertise.
