  • What are the top things you can do to increase your rent in 2023?

  • What are the 12 things to do before you decide to sell your property?

  • What are the top 4 renovation tips to consider to add value to your home?

  • What are the top 4 things all landlords should consider in 2023?

  • What are the top 4 things buyers can do to prepare to purchase a property

  • What can tenants do to stand out when applying for property?


By providing helpful information that people can use right away, you’ll be able to create a connection with customers that will last beyond just one season.


While those topics may not seem related to a “transaction now” right away, they will give you an opportunity to provide valuable information and establish yourself as a trusted source of knowledge on real estate topics.
