Bespoke Media Targets Industry Blind Spot with Launch of Global Property Management Club

Bespoke Media has launched a dedicated Property Management Club, marking its latest move in a broader push to professionalise real estate’s most operationally critical, yet frequently neglected, division.

“The property management space is on its knees,” said Bespoke Media CEO Nic Fren. “They simply aren’t getting the support or tools they need for the often thankless work they do. We want to change that.”

The new club — embedded inside the company’s Bespoke Agent Portal — offers property managers structured training, operational tools, and a global peer network, and is designed to mirror the level of strategic support typically reserved for sales teams.

Undervalued, Under-Resourced, but Commercially Critical

As the company prepares to enter its 11th country, Italy, Bespoke Media has identified a persistent weakness across international markets: property managers are expected to carry significant operational and regulatory risk, yet remain underserved in training, technology, and leadership.

“Property managers handle arrears, disputes, legislation, landlord relationships and retention — but in many businesses, they’re sidelined in terms of investment,” Fren said.

“That oversight is not just cultural — it’s commercial.”

With the property management function often accounting for 30–50 per cent of total agency revenue and forming the backbone of rent roll valuations, Bespoke’s move signals a shift towards more robust infrastructure for long-term business stability.

Platform Features and Global Positioning

The Property Management Club will provide members with:

  • Digital workflows and plug-and-play documents for tenancy management, compliance and arrears

  • On-demand training on legislative changes, communication frameworks and portfolio structure

  • Monthly roundtables and live forums with local and international operators

  • BDM training resources focused on rent roll growth strategies

  • Access to a private global community of property managers for benchmarking and support

The program builds on the earlier launch of Bespoke’s Sales Club, and is part of a wider initiative to segment platform support by role — with BDM and Directors Clubs expected by Spring.

Repositioning PM as a Strategic Asset

Fren argues that business owners who continue to treat PM as a reactive, compliance-driven cost centre are failing to recognise its long-term strategic value.

“In most real estate businesses, sales is visible and celebrated. Property management is operational and invisible. But if PM collapses, the business collapses,” he said.

With the industry facing high turnover and rising compliance obligations, Fren believes structured investment in the PM department is now a requirement, not a luxury.

“This is about giving property managers real pathways, support, and leadership — not just task lists and expectations.

You can’t build a high-performing business if half your operation is under pressure and unsupported.”

Global Demand for Localised Solutions

Operating in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, India, Canada, the UAE and soon Italy, Bespoke Media has identified broad demand for role-specific communities that reflect regional nuance.

“Every market is different, but the pain points are familiar — burnout, underinvestment, and a lack of scalable systems,” Fren said. “We’ve naturally found ourselves here by listening to what people actually need.”

Looking Ahead

The company’s longer-term strategy is to deliver role-based learning and community infrastructure across the entire real estate business model — from solo operators to multi-office brands.

“This is not about rolling out another subscription product,” Fren said. “It’s about creating a culture shift — from tools to support, from content to connection, from fragmentation to cohesion.”
