After helping thousands of real estate professionals prepare for the spring selling season over the past decade, Bespoke Media's Selling in Spring, Starts in Winter has returned for its 11th year with its largest expansion yet.


AXION Bespoke Media's propriety platform has rebuilt the campaign for 2026, adding more than 100 ready-to-use marketing, prospecting and vendor resources and introducing a new partnership with GetConnects to help agents move beyond content and turn database activity into genuine conversations, appraisals and listings.



The campaign will be made available to real estate professionals across Australia and New Zealand, giving agents, offices and networks a complete spring prospecting system at a time when the window to build momentum before September is rapidly closing.


Nic Fren, Founder and Chief Executive of Bespoke Media Group, said the landmark campaign had thrived for 11 years because its central message continued to hold true.


“The spring market may begin in September, but the competition for spring listings begins much earlier,” Mr Fren said.


“For more than a decade, this campaign has helped agents start those conversations before the rush. This year, we have expanded it significantly, with more resources, stronger prospecting support and more opportunities for agents to turn winter activity into spring business.”


The campaign combines social media content, vendor education, prospecting emails, SMS templates, call scripts, print collateral, lead-generation resources and open-home tools into one coordinated rollout.



Its new partnership with GetConnects also gives agencies the opportunity to support the campaign with structured database prospecting, creating a clearer link between marketing activity and direct vendor engagement.


Stephanie Molenaar, Founder and Chief Executive of GetConnects, said the challenge for most agencies was not finding new leads, but acting on the ones they already had.


“Most agencies already have future listings sitting inside their databases. They just don’t have the time or capacity to uncover them,” Ms Molenaar said.

Unlike a traditional seasonal content pack, Selling in Spring, Starts in Winter has been designed as an end-to-end campaign that agents can deploy across social media, email, phone prospecting, direct mail and listing presentations.


The resources cover the complete vendor journey, including property preparation, pricing, presentation, methods of sale, buyer behaviour, open homes, negotiation, compliance and post-sale referrals.


Mr Fren said the campaign was built for agents who wanted practical execution rather than another set of ideas.


“Agents do not need another reminder to prospect,” Mr Fren said.


“They need the campaign, the content, the scripts, the reason to call, and the team who can get it done. That is what this gives them.”
