Bespoke Media Group has launched the industries first AI Role Play Simulator, a live training platform built specifically for real estate professionals.


In just three weeks since it's launch, users across sales, property management, business development, administration and leadership have completed more than 17,000 simulated conversations.


The early data is revealing. Around 68 per cent of sessions have focused on vendor management, while the average Australian score currently sits at 48 out of 100.


AXION gives users access to more than 120 real-world scenarios, covering vendor management, prospecting, appraisals, price conversations, objection handling, buyer follow-up, landlord and tenant discussions, recruitment, leadership and more.



Users choose a scenario and begin a live conversation with the AI, which listens, responds, raises objections and adapts as the discussion develops.

More than a score


After every session, AXION provides an overall score and a detailed performance report covering areas such as:


  • Confidence and empathy

  • Communication and commercial control

  • Objection handling and closing strength


Most importantly, the report shows users the moments that shaped the outcome:

  • It showed me exactly where I lost control of the conversation.

  • It showed me what I could have said differently.

  • It showed me opportunities I had missed.


It also identifies what the user did well, helping them build on their strengths while addressing the habits that may be costing them trust, control or opportunity.


Once the report has been reviewed, users can select Next Session and immediately repeat the scenario, applying the feedback while it is still fresh.
