Less than two weeks after Bespoke Media formally announced the launch of AXION, Agency HQ has become the first Australian real estate network to execute full, group-wide integration of the platform.
The announcement was made at the Agency HQ Kickstart Conference last week, attended by members and corporate leadership who travelled from across Australia. The integration is not a pilot program or limited deployment. It is a network-level strategic commitment.
Nic Fren, Founder and CEO of Bespoke Media, said the timing underscores the level of strategic focus currently occurring at corporate level within the industry.
"Less than two weeks after AXION was publicly launched, we are announcing the first full network integration. That is not coincidental. Corporate leadership teams are actively reassessing infrastructure, platform architecture and long-term digital positioning. AXION represents the consolidation of eight years of capability within Bespoke Media, reframed for what that ecosystem must look like over the next five, ten and twenty years."
— NIC FREN, FOUNDER & CEO, BESPOKE MEDIA
Fren added:
"This is not a technology announcement. It is a structural decision. The consistent theme at enterprise level is alignment. Businesses are moving away from fragmented subscription stacks towards integrated ecosystems that support a defined trajectory. Agency HQ has made that decision early and decisively."

Mark Morrison, CEO of Agency HQ, said the integration aligns directly with the network's forward strategy.
"Our focus is long-term positioning. We evaluated AXION against our growth strategy, our operational framework and the expectations of our members. The integration ensures our infrastructure supports where we are taking the network, not simply where the market sits today. That clarity is critical at corporate level."
— MARK MORRISON, CEO, AGENCY HQ
The Significance
While the platform's capabilities span media, content, automation and performance infrastructure, the central development is that a national network has formally embedded future-facing infrastructure across its group.
This is not a pilot program.
It is not an optional bolt-on.
It is a network-wide commitment.
For corporate teams currently reviewing digital strategy, the implication is clear. Leadership is no longer defined by the number of platforms adopted. It is defined by the coherence of the ecosystem and the clarity of the roadmap it supports.
Bespoke Media confirms it is in advanced discussions with additional national and international networks evaluating full AXION integration within their groups.
The market is accelerating. Structural alignment, not incremental adoption, will determine which networks define the next decade.
At the Kickstart Conference, the message was straightforward.
The future of a network is defined not by how many tools it has, but by how clearly it can articulate its trajectory and align its infrastructure accordingly.
Agency HQ has moved decisively.
