Bespoke Media Group is proud to announce the launch the first AI Roleplay Simulator built specifically for real estate professionals.

The feature, which recently went live on Bespoke Media Group's flagship platform AXION and across several international network partners, has already received strong feedback from users throughout its global network.

For Bespoke Media Group CEO Nic Fren, the launch represents a natural evolution of the company's vision to help real estate professionals save time, improve performance and focus on what matters most, growing their business.

Over the past 12 months, Bespoke Media Group has introduced a range of innovations including XENOVA, an AI-powered strategic planning tool, ONE CALENDAR, a centralised industry events platform, the 60 Second Morning Wrap with Jake and Mia on Real Estate Today Australia, and Play Article technology, allowing readers to listen to stories while moving through their day.

Now the company is taking the next step.

Moving beyond content and into performance.

"We know what agents want," Mr Fren said.

"They want more business. They want growth. They want practical support that helps them perform better."

"For too long, the industry has operated on a model of watching videos, attending webinars, reading scripts and then somehow finding the time to implement everything."

"I felt the current model was broken."

"There are too many logins, too many systems and too many platforms all demanding attention."

"For a lot of businesses, that creates more disruption, not less."

"So we started again."

"The goal was simple. Build the tools people actually need and do as much of the heavy lifting as possible."

The result is AXION AI Roleplay Training.

The platform allows agents, property managers, business development managers and business owners to practise real-world conversations before they happen.

From listing presentations and prospecting calls to difficult vendor conversations, buyer negotiations, price reduction discussions and property management scenarios, users can access more than 121 realistic training environments powered by artificial intelligence.

Users simply select the conversation they want to master and begin.

The AI immediately assumes the role of a vendor, buyer, landlord, prospect or client.

  • It responds in real time.

  • It challenges assumptions.

  • It raises objections.

  • It creates resistance.

And it mirrors the conversations professionals face every day.

Unlike traditional roleplay, the AI does not simply agree with the user.

It pushes back.

Because that's what happens in the real world.

Mr Fren said the idea came from more than 18 months of research alongside specialists in artificial intelligence, behavioural science, customer engagement and consumer behaviour.

"We already know what's happening today," he said.

"If we're only focusing on today, we're already behind."

"For the last 18 months I've been working with people across America, Germany, China and other parts of the world to understand where business is heading over the next five, ten and twenty years."

"What became clear very quickly was that the future isn't about turning agents into AI experts."

"It's about using AI to help agents become better agents."

One of the first scenarios Mr Fren tested involved a frustrated vendor whose property had been on the market for 30 days.

The vendor was unhappy.

Friends were encouraging them to change agents.

The relationship was under pressure.

"The first time I did the scenario, I lost the listing," Mr Fren said.

"I restarted it and lost it again."

"By the third attempt, I got the outcome I wanted."

"But the most valuable part wasn't winning."

"It was understanding why I lost."

Following each session, AXION generates a detailed performance report analysing the entire conversation.

Users receive a score out of 100 along with feedback on communication, confidence, objection handling, empathy, commercial control and closing ability.

The platform highlights strengths, identifies weaknesses and suggests alternative responses that may have produced a better outcome.

  • "It showed me exactly where I lost control of the conversation."

  • "It showed me what I could have said differently."

  • "It showed me opportunities I'd missed."

  • "That's when I realised this wasn't just roleplay."

  • "It was coaching."

Mr Fren believes this is where the real value lies.

  • "We didn't want to create another book of scripts."

  • "We didn't want another podcast."

  • "We didn't want another training course telling people what they should do."

"If someone receives a difficult message from a vendor, they can jump into AXION, rehearse the conversation, receive feedback and improve before making the call."

"That's practical."

"That's useful."

"And that's how people get better."

The early response has reinforced Bespoke Media Group's belief that the industry is looking for solutions that help professionals perform, not simply consume more information.

While artificial intelligence is often discussed in terms of automation, Mr Fren believes one of its greatest opportunities is helping people improve their skills and confidence.

"I think professional development will look very different over the next five years."

"The best support shouldn't only be available to people who can afford the most expensive coaching programs."

"What excites me about AI is that it gives more people access to meaningful guidance and support."

"It gives everybody an opportunity to improve."

For Bespoke Media Group, AXION is only the beginning.

The company is already exploring voice-based roleplay, advanced behavioural analysis, personalised coaching pathways and deeper AI integrations across its growing technology ecosystem.

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries around the world, Bespoke Media Group believes its greatest value will not come from replacing people.

It will come from helping people become better.

And with the launch of AXION AI Roleplay Training, that future has officially begun.
