Built as a two-click solution, the app puts business-critical tools in agents’ hands wherever they are — from templates and supplier access to live chat forums, webinars and internal communications. But it’s more than utility. It’s culture-shifting infrastructure.


At the ONE AGENCY International Conference, members trialled the platform live — filming content, meeting peers from other countries, and uploading directly into their Clubhouses from the event floor.


That level of real-time engagement proved the app isn’t just functional — it’s community-led.


Each member now operates inside a role-specific Clubhouse — Sales, Property Management, BDM, or Directors — with access to collaboration tools, file sharing, real-time chat, and dedicated live webinars.


A centralised Network Newsroom ensures communication from leadership reaches the right people instantly.


The launch also reflects a shift in how networks communicate. “With inboxes more crowded than ever, we knew we needed a smarter, more effective way to connect with members,” says Bespoke Media CEO Nic Fren.


The solution: clean, non-intrusive notifications built directly into the app — mirroring how social platforms like Instagram keep users informed. No more missed emails. Just instant, targeted communication where agents are already active.


This next-gen app builds on the original ONE PLACE agent portal developed by Bespoke and ONE AGENCY in 2021. The new version delivers faster access, greater mobility and a more intuitive user experience — without sacrificing depth or scalability.


For strategic partners and suppliers, ONE PLACE introduces 365-day brand presence in a trusted, captive environment. Instead of being buried in inboxes or static sponsor pages, partners can contribute directly to the app — offering resources, education, tools and campaigns that align with how agents actually operate.

To my knowledge, very few real estate networks in the region operate with this level of internal integration and mobile-first functionality. ONE PLACE brings strategy, people and tools together in a platform that’s already live — and built to scale.


The launch is the latest in a series of industry-firsts from Bespoke Media CEO Nic Fren. In 2015, Fren became the first agent in Australia to list and sell property directly via Facebook.
