Real estate personalities set to go on tour

Updated: Dec 2, 2020

TurnKey, the tour designed for the modern agent and brought to the agents.

For the time ever, Nic Fren founder of Bespoke Media Group is putting together a conference for 2021 and hitting the road taking it to the smaller cities and towns that often get overlooked by larger events in metropolitan cities.

“I don’t see why people should have to miss out just because they don’t live in Sydney CBD, Melbourne CBD or Brisbane Mr Fren said.

Starting in Newcastle, followed by smaller regional cities with local guests speaking in each location.

I think the industry is after something fresh and innovative when it comes to training and education. We all know picking up the phone and making 100 calls a day is what we’ve been preached to for a hundred years, but that just isn’t effective like it used to be.

These days your personal brand is everything. The marketplace is looking at you online before they ever call you or attend an open home so it’s critical that your platforms showcase your success, experience, personality and community involvement, not just listings and sales/leased. As the first agent in Australia to sell property on social media back in 2015, we will show you how to build a database on social media and how to get actual results.

The 4 hour conference was confirmed with Aimee & Zoe Tink of Tink Recruitment & Jack Henderson of Henderson Advocacy jumping on board.

I wanted a young fresh team Mr Fren said. The four of us have each made our mark in the real estate industry and have built our brands from the ground up. The Tink sisters will be focusing on business growth, career progression and how to expand your profile during 2021, having done it for themselves 5 years ago coming from Dubbo and starting from scratch in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Mr Henderson will be speaking about how buyer agents are a crucial part of the industry and how to tap into the Sydney buyer market, as well as how building a personal brand led him to open his own buyer advocacy at the age of 24.

It’s important to us this conference is relevant to the audience Mr Fren said. Aimee, Zoe and I have spent a long time workshopping this idea and have decided to give our audience the greatest hits rather than the entire catalogue for an example.

Instead of a full day, we’ve condensed it to 4 hours. You can come along, learn a few tips and get back to the day. We’ve embraced technology with some of our guests not even having to attend the day. Pre recorded sessions and interactions will be filmed prior and played throughout the morning as well as each session being filmed live at different stages so you can attend a session online in place of coming to the event.

The reception so far has been overwhelmingly positive with some locals describing it as “about time someone came to us” and “finally we don’t have to lose a whole day with the travelling involved”.

The conference will be held at Wests Leagues Club in New Lambton on February 23rd.
