We got rid of the kids :-) Just Listed in Double Bay


They emptied the nest and now they emptied the house.


Therese & Paul have spent 36 years at 64 Maloney Street Double Bay & trading the eastern suburbs for a Winnebaggo.


“They’re gone”





Therese screamed with excitement, and now they are selling their home for a moving one.


There are a few things we’d like to do to the house before we open it up to the marketplace but the agent told us he could bring people through while we were getting ready in what they call “Off Market” and hopefully sell it that way.



We renovated the kitchen around 4 years ago and opened it up to an entertaining room off the backyard and also updated all three bathrooms. There are just a few little things that I want done before we invite people into our home. We’d like the 4th bedroom painted, the hedges out the front trimmed and garage flooring needs a high-pressure wash. You can imagine, fitting 3 cars in there for close to 40 years, it can get dirty.




Paul also mentioned that, being a builder, their home was impeccable and needed nothing done to it. We’ve built the home and redesigned it for ourselves as the kids got older, and we were blessed with the grandkids. It’s the perfect family functioning home with everything the modern family needs.



We couldn’t wait for the youngest daughter to get out so we could - get out, he laughed. We’ve had a lot of great memories in this place he said and we would love for a young family to enjoy it as much as we have. The agent is showing a few people this Saturday at 10:00am so you are more than welcome to come and visit my home.
