What the hell do i post!!!

This is one of the biggest questions my new clients ask me every single time without fail.

Did you know that there are at least 19 different types of content a real estate agent has to pick from at any given time that’s just popped into my head?

Add a few significant days throughout the month and BOOM you have more content than you could ever need. You will even find yourself having to push some of it back once you include your listings and sales/leased properties.

The next question is what do I do with that content once I have it.

Time and time again I see agents just putting the content on their pages and do little else with it. Throw a few dollars at it with a boost and be done with it. While that certainly is better than doing nothing at all, what are you really achieving?

Let me put it to you another way.

If you have a listing that you put onto your website and do nothing with it is it going to give you any result? You might get clients who actively watch your page and will notice a new listing but most often you would send it out to your database via and eDM or pay for marketing on the main portals correct?

It’s no different with socials. If you are not spending to promote your listings & profiles on the social portals than you are not going to get out of them what you could & you will continue along the path - social media doesn't work.

Most people I speak with who boost their content on Facebook have their Instagram linked and generally it’s the standard sponsored post that goes out on both the Facebook & Instagram newsfeed.
