August 2025 wasn’t just a strong month for Bespoke Media — it was the month we redefined what leadership in this industry looks like.
In four weeks, we launched a first-of-its-kind app that is already rewriting the rules for agents and networks, expanded Real Estate Today into the United States as our fifth market, recorded unprecedented levels of stories, engagement and feedback, and were recognised by Google and ChatGPT as running Australia’s most engaged and influential real estate publication.
This wasn’t chance. It was the culmination of years of planning, executed with precision, backed by vision, and driven by the grit to keep moving when others stopped.
Recognition at the Highest Level
The acknowledgement from Google and ChatGPT was more than symbolic — it was a validation of everything we set out to achieve.
“To see Real Estate Today embraced at this level, and to have its influence acknowledged by two of the world’s largest technology platforms, is humbling,” says CEO and Founder Nic Fren. “It proves our vision works: when you listen to the industry, when you open the doors, when you execute with discipline and grit, change happens.”
A New Operating System for the Industry
At the centre of August’s momentum was the launch of our proprietary app — described as a game-changer by those already using it, and soon to be customised by major networks ahead of release later this year.
“Our app is being recognised as revolutionary because it simplifies the complex,” Fren explains. “Everything an agent needs to do can be achieved within two clicks — prospecting, marketing, content, lead generation, training.
It’s a new operating system for the industry, built to remove friction and give agents back time.”
For networks, the platform delivers brand consistency at scale. For offices, it streamlines processes and reduces costs. For agents, it removes red tape and allows them to focus on what matters most: clients and listings.
Real Estate Today Goes Global
Alongside the app, Real Estate Today recorded its strongest month since launch. More stories, more engagement, and more industry feedback than at any time in its history.
With the U.S. edition now live — joining Australia, New Zealand, the Indo-Pacific, and India — Real Estate Today has evolved from challenger publication to a truly global voice, delivering independent, inclusive coverage that resonates across markets.
“Our structure is resilient, our targets are clear, and nothing we do is left to chance,” Fren says. “Planning, vision, and execution are at the core of everything. But sometimes, grit is what carries you across the line — the resolve to keep going when others would stop.”
Breaking the Old Guard
Our rise has been fuelled by a simple but powerful decision: to break with the industry’s old guard.
“We’ve never been interested in recycling the same names or protecting cliques,” Fren says. “The industry wanted something different, and we delivered it. Real Estate Today has given every agent, every office, every network a voice — and the response has been overwhelming.”
By dismantling gatekeeping and opening access, Bespoke created a platform that reflected the industry as it truly is — diverse, ambitious, and ready for change.
Looking Ahead
August may have been historic, but it is not the ceiling. Before the year is out, we will launch a dedicated property management platform and release additional network-branded apps already in development.
These projects are not opportunistic — they are deliberate steps in a strategy that was designed years ago and continues to unfold. “This has been seven years in the making,” Fren says.
“Bespoke Media isn’t simply part of this industry — we’re setting its benchmark. Real Estate Today is the clearest proof of that leadership.
