The first international network to adopt a fully customised version of the platform was ONE AGENCY, which launched ONE PLACE live at its International Conference in New Zealand.


Members were logging in and engaging within seconds of the announcement, connecting across offices and countries in real time.


Unlike traditional proptech platforms, ONE PLACE is designed to feel intuitive and familiar, more like social media than software.


Role-based Clubhouses allow Sales, Property Management, BDMs and Leadership teams to collaborate, share resources and connect in active working communities.


Email-heavy communication is replaced with clean, non-invasive push notifications, delivered in the same way agents receive updates from platforms like Instagram or WhatsApp.


Training is delivered through live and on-demand webinars streamed directly within the app, allowing members to access content wherever they are.


Early in the New Year, the platform will expand further, allowing network members to access their own branded product lines directly through the app, including custom scented candles and exclusive fragrances developed specifically for the network.


The move reflects a broader focus on building tangible brand experience and culture through the platform.


Behind the scenes, ONE PLACE is currently undergoing major structural enhancements. The focus is not marketing or media integration, but accessibility, making it easier for every member of a network to access what they need instantly, without friction or reliance on head office explanations.


Importantly, ONE PLACE is not a white-label solution. The core infrastructure is built and owned by Bespoke Media, then customised to suit the DNA, goals and structure of each network.

The platform is already live across ten countries through Bespoke Media’s broader network, with further group-level rollouts underway and strong inbound interest from networks across multiple markets.
